The service includes a pick up or drop off at any of the major hotels
in Arusha, Nairobi or Moshi. It is also possible to be picked up or dropped off at either Jomo Kenyatta Airport (Nairobi Airport) or at Kilimanjaro Airport located between Moshi and Arusha.
Meeting Instructions
Airports
It is your responsibility to ask for information at the airport where our bus stops. You should be there about 15 minutes before the departure time. Our representative will look out for you but the bus will not wait. Please provide us with your flight details. |
Nairobi
The bus is loaded and departs near the Parkside Hotel, on Monrovia Street. Report to the bus at least 15 minutes before departure especially if you have bulky luggage. |
Arusha
The bus is loaded and departs from Hotel 77. Report to the bus at least 15 minutes before departure especially if you have bulky luggage. |
Moshi
The bus is loaded and departs from the Clock Tower roundabout. Report to the bus at least 15 minutes before departure especially if you have bulky luggage. |
Hotel Transfers
We will meet you or drop you off at any hotel in Nairobi or Moshi within a 5km radius of our office. We must know in advance where you are to be picked up and you should be ready to travel at the hotel reception 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of the service.
